Hi, I'm Becky, the creator of Deus Ex Machina, among other stories.

You might have noticed I'm a writer/artist combo. That's because I couldn't decide which passion I loved more, so I thought, "Hey, why not both?" I'm crazy enough to attempt to follow my dream of becoming a solo comic creator, and you might think that means I don't have any time for other interests... And you'd be mostly right. I have a handful of other hobbies though, thank you very much.

Here's a list of them, because everyone loves bullet points:

Reading (fantasy, LOTS of fantasy)
Watching shows (who doesn't?)
Playing video games (yes, actual games, shut up)
Collecting strange pets like a Pokemon trainer (ask me about my gecko)
Dabbling in cosplay (I'm cheap and bad at it)
Bookbinding (I'm cheap and bad at it)
Daydreaming about my characters (actually, that's full-time)
Sleeping
Eating
Taking a-

It's weird that you're still here on this page instead of looking at more interesting things (like my comic *cough cough*), but I suppose I can reward you with actual information. I have to weed out the weak ones. You understand. Here's more information about me that you didn't ask for:

I have a job (yes, an actual one, shut up)
I have a college degree (Hi, Prof D! You're the best! I never took your memoir class. Does this count? Probably not.)
I have a husband (I kinda like him, I guess)
I have a cat (she's dumb as rocks, and I love her)
